My therapist pretty much threw her hands up in the air today and recommended that I see a psychiatrist.
So maybe medication is really the answer.
Whatever happens, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to stick with this therapist much longer.
Maybe the plus side will be that I remember the jokes I want to tell long enough to turn on my computer and open my web browser.
